Athletic 参与 helps prepare every student for the responsibilities of adult life. Required 参与 in two sports per year from 7th through 12th grade gives every student the hands-on opportunity to develop leadership, 团队合作, 毅力, 体育精神, 社会经济增长, 成熟, and healthy living—skills that will serve them well no matter what their path in life.

中学 athletics 参与 exposes students to a wide range of sports offered at the junior varsity and varsity levels. Through 中学 practices and games, students learn fundamental skill work and strategies. Physical conditioning and training are also incorporated into each practice so that athletes can safely participate and meet the physical demands of a particular sport. Like each of the activities within the 热博rb88体育 运动项目, 中学 sports seek to build camaraderie and school spirit.
